The Panera Coffee shop has free WiFi in their St. Louis locations (here it is known as the Saint Louis Bread Company). To gain access to the free WiFi, you have to launch your browser, have it automatically direct you to an "agreement" page (something about not using the connection for nefarious things), and then you are leased a WiFi connection for some period of time. This is great, and it works flawlessly with IE. However, Safari won't launch the agreement page. Instead, it tells me that it cannot find a connection. I can paste the address of the agreement page from IE to Safari and it will work. But, the redirect from the page you are seeking to the local page does not work.
How do I report this to Apple? It is not like a bug with a normal page on the internet; you have to be in the coffee shop to see the problem.
