My fiacnee was telling me that her "SHERLOCK" isn't working..

I mean it's opening and whenever she type in a store to be searched with correct zip code and it always come out "No results found" all the time..Even with a easy names stores such as Wal-mart or Target. It was found in the past but not now?? How come?

She even did try Sherlock's suggestions by clicking on "Fire department" to see if they're working or not.. It didn't work, still.

Any idea why?

well if there isn't a store in the particular zip code she typed in, it might not show up.

For example, do a search for "Target" in zip 84111 and you get no results, but do one in "Salt Lake City" (where 84111 is located) and you get plenty of results.

Tell her to try putting the name of the city/town rather than the zip.
