2. Can i authorise my computer in case my credit card expired or the card number changed?

1. Yes.
2. What do you mean? If you can play the song then your computer is already authorized. Once you have downloaded the music, your ability to play the file does not depend in any way on your credit card.

What I mean is that if i deauthorise my computer for some reason and then if my credit card expire or something, i will still be able to authorise the computer for playback. I mean it is not depended on my credit card status for authorising a computer?
and thanks for clearing the doubts

The only thing needed to reauthorize a computer is the active username that you used to purchase the song originally. As long as you keep your login active (and update to a new e-mail address if yours ever changes), you won't need to re-enter the credit card info at all.
