How do you transfer files in Virtual PC?

I just got virtual pc with winxp home and I'm wondering how in the heck do you transfer files from the windows environment over to the mac. i guess cd's arent recognized either? any help would be appreciated

One easy way is drag and drop. Just drag them from the Windows world to your Mac world.

Another way is to share part of your Mac drive with Windows. Under the Edit menu, select the bottom item..."name of windows computer" Settings. Set up shared folder. I have my Mac desktop setup as a Windows drive.

Also CDs that you insert into your Mac should automatically appear in the Windows environment.
