I'm using Appleworks 6.27 with OS 10.28 and an HP Deskjet 970cxi.

I've noticed that whenever I send a print job to my ink jet printer if I ask for multiple copies I only get one. The printer holds on to the first printed page after printing it and the Print Center continues to report it is printing the additional pages. Once Print Center gets to the last sent page my printer will let go of the one page it printed. I've learned that it is much faster if I want 6 copies of something to print it 6 times manually.

Other applications can print multiple pages without any problems.

Anyone run into this or have any suggestions on fixing the problem?
