Disappearing Windows in Entourage

	Has anyone else experienced this problem? When I'm running Entourage and any other software, when I switch back to Entourage, the windows have disappeared. The menubar is there, and the menus work, but the main mail window is not visible. I usually have to quit and relaunch. I applied the latest Office patches and the problem persists, on two different Macs, too! I'm running OS X 10.3.2, and Office 10.1.4.
