Which of the various encodings you can import with is best? If you've already downloaded some iTMS materials as MP3, can you trash it and redownload it as AIFF without paying a second time?

I was unaware of this issue before I signed up for iTMS.

iTMS files are AAC not AIFF. Currently AAC is the best option.

What about the stuff I ripped from my CDs as MP3s? Can I re-rip them as AACs?
