i am having some major problems with this software. after i put an address in and double click on one of the listings the program closes itself. i have downloaded and installed the latest patch but that doesn't make a difference. has anyone else run into this?

I haven't read great things about this software. You could try deleting its prefs file(s) and any caches OS X has created for it.

That being said, I have the same software on order and should receive it shortly. Hopefully it will work.

deleting the prefs files hasn't hepled. guess i am the only one with this problem.
