Connecting to a Win2003 sharepoint?

Has anyone had any trouble connecting to a sharepoint on Windows Server 2003?

I keep getting "Error = -5000". I can connect to Win2k machines and WinXP machines however.

I'm guessing it's a security setting of sorts.

I've already turned off the "Digitally signed communications (always)" domain controller policy but that didn't seem to help.

Any thoughts?
