How does one VideoConference with a PC? DO you use virtual PC? Other Programs?

I want to be able to video conference with a PC.... I found online this program CUWorld, and it looks like that might provide the abilities. If I have virtual PC, can I use netmeeting, and would that recognize my isight? I would rather not use a yahoo messenger, unless there aren't many other alternatives....
