This is a really old type specimen utility which has still not been topped to this day (from system 6 days!). I cannot find any downloadable versions on the web for purchase or otherwise. I'm positive there are some designers out there that still use this wonderful app ... i've tried contacting the author but the last update to the site was 1997.
