Safari Is Scared of Security

Lately I've had trouble connecting to secure servers with Safari. Among the servers I'm having trouble with are the NetFlix server and the online Apple store. This would seem to indicate that it is just me, and not Safari in general. What should I try to do to fix this?

yes but it isn't causing problems in other browsers
