Safari, iChat not working on G5 Panthers

	We have a few 10.3.2 G5's, and Safari and iChat will not work. Safari will not connect to the net at all, and iChat will not work in Rendevous mode. Safari will work in the admin account, but not in any of the user accounts (user accounts are not limited at all). iChat will not work in any account. Any ideas as to what is going on? P.S. I have repaired the permissions, run fsck, etc....
