iTMS Cart Problems

Anyone have problems:
1) Removing items from the iTMS cart
or
2) Having something in the cart that did not match the offerings at iTMS?

I am having both of these problems. There is an album in the cart I cannot remove, and the album in the cart does not match the track listing.

iTMS CS suggested that I turn off my shopping cart, log out, shut down, restart, ect., but nothing works.

I can login to the iTMS using a Mac or PC and still have the same problem.

iTMS CS does not know what to do. Anyone heard anything like this before?

Yep I am dealing with the same thing. I was trying to get one of the itune essentials listing. I have tried the samething you tried nothing. They claim they are working on it. I am glad that atleast I am not the only one.

A few months ago, I put a track in my shopping cart that later became unavailable. I'm trying to remember how I got rid of it... Did you try selecting the album and pressing Delete? How about trying to add the real album from iTunes? Finally, try purchasing what's in your shipping cart. Now that I think about it, it should tell you it's unavailable and offer to remove it. I hope that helps.

I tried what you suggested didnt work. I am leaving things alone because Apple is working on it. I am thinking it is a common problem right now.

I am also glad other people are having problems. It seemed like support was truly stumped after a week of nothing seeming to work, but as of 3:40 PM EST it appears my cart is clear.

Yeah I am able to finally get rid of that stuff. I am glad that is over.
