What causes Safari to occasionally grab an inordinate share of the CPU? For the past few minutes, according to tops, it's been jumping between 65% and 85% of the CPU. I have 3 Safari windows open. One of them has several tabs opened to text based sites. In other words there is nothing graphically intensive or processor intensive that I can tell. I can work on the rest of the several programs I have running just fine. It is only Safari that is giving me problems.

I am running an 867 MHz PowerMac, with over 1GB of memory, and System 10.3.2.

Thanks,
Jim
