dumb question, but i have a friend the other side of the country, she uses *gasp* aol.
she has 10.3.2, wants to use ichat, but aim opens when she opens aol.
so, simply, how can she disable aim? (& just use ichat)
thanx!

Unfortunately, the answer looks to be the following that I found under AIM/AOL Help...
-------------------------------
Q: Why do I get my instant messages in AOL instead of AIM when I'm online with both AOL and AIM?
A: This feature is intentional. If you want to receive your instant messages only in AIM, you can use a different screen name for AIM than the one you are using with AOL.

Not sure entirely, it's AOL...so probably not as they monopolize your computer and take over forcing you into doing things the "AOL" way...
