How to non Confirm for a Reload Page

In Safari and Mozilla (but not Opera/OmniWeb)
when you Reload a page with Postdata you get this message. And you have to press return to confirm. Is there a way to disable this ?

"To reopen this page, the form you completed to open the page the first time must be sent again. This may cause the website to repeat actions it took the first time you sent the form."
