What's the diff between them? Is it like iMovie vs. Final Cut Pro? And if so, is Soundtrack better if you just learn how to use it? Final Cut is a lot more powerful and my preferred video editing app. I'm wondering if Soundtrack is worth my time as well.

GarageBand: For making your own music. Use it anywhere, for any purpose. Use MIDI.
Soundtrack: Mix loops, add analog audio (no MIDI,) and use it as a soundtrack for video.
Trainiable is to cat as ability to live without food is to human.

GarageBand is better for composing your own music. Soundtrack isnt bad, but there really isn't much it can do that GB can't...and there is alot GB can do that ST can't.
