I currently use PocketMac (http://www.pocketmac.net/) . Not perfect but it will sync your calender and contacts. I haven't tried the e-mail but have found that I cannot get the notes from the Pocket PC to sync with the Enourage notes.

I use The Missing Sync for my PocketPC, and it does a fine job of syncing iCal (including to-do items) & Address Book. It doesn't yet have a mail conduit, but it does have iPhoto and iTunes plug-ins for easy transfer of music and pictures. It will also mount the PocketPC on the desktop for easy file browsing/transfer/backup. No way to sync notes AFAIK.

Syncing is a bit slow sometimes, but it works and nicely hooks in to iSync. Occasionally the Missing Sync daemon seems to refuse to acknowledge the Pocket PC in the cradle. Not sure why, but it did this on both OS X 10.2 and 10.3, so it's not a new phenomenon. Unfortunately it seems to require a reboot to get it working again - no luck in manually restarting the daemon - but again only occurs now and then.

I've thought about trying PocketMac 3.0, but for now I'm content with what I've got. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I use PoketMac with my iPaq. It does everything I need it todo - iCal, Address Book and Avantgo. It does a lot more but I don't really use them - such as installing Pocket PC apps, mail, iPhotos, and iTunes. But to be honest, if I had the cash, I probably would get a Palm instead such as the Tungsten 3 or wait for the new Palm OS 6 models, they're on their way.
