Gahh! Can't install Photoshop CS

I'm holding a box, manual and CD (yes, all legit) of the Photoshop CS upgrade. I have both PS7 and PSE 2.0 currently installed on this machine. The Photoshop CS installer app will just hang each time I attempt to launch. CD does not appear damaged.

Any thoughts?

System is a dual 2.0GHz G5, OS X 10.3.2, plenty of free HD space (neighborhood of 100GB) and free RAM.

Solved. I had to log out the other users on the machine.
Weird, but successfully installed.

Mods - you make lockinate the thread.
