Everytime I make one, it opens up Adobe In Design CS for some reason (Can't even read my html file!) anyway, how can I make it open up either GoLive or an application of my choosing?

In the Finder, click on the .html file that is created, and press comman-I (or select Get Info from the file menu).

Click on the 'Open with' section, and then chose an application (such as Safari) to open it in.

Then click the 'change all' button to make all future documents like this also open in your program of choice.
