Anyone know if the author is still working on this great little app?

Under Panther I can't seem to upload files anymore.

Anyone know a work around?

I was wondering that my self cause its a great little app; don't have any real info on development but to upload items control+click create a new folder drag and drop items and you'll be able to continue using with Panther.
