I just downloaded the latest nightly tonight, and the "about" page is listing it as version 0.8.0+
Anyone know if this is an offical version 0.8, or a pre-0.8 (but post-0.7) build? The Firebird website is still listing 0.7 as the latest offical version.

It's a pre-0.8.0 build. It's been saying that for the last few weeks.

they have moved to the mozilla 1.7a core.
i dont use firebird for the mac...but i do for the pc. i am running a 0.8 nightly on my PC at work and at home...sure is fast.

I haven't downloaded a nightly for about 3-4 weeks (since the one I was using was working pretty well). Makes sense.
