Sorry mate - No. IM programs for OS 9 are very few and far between. All of the multi protocol clients only exist on OS X.

Actually, we accept OS9 software questions here too; the two forums were merged quite some time ago.
That said, it's been a very long time since we've seen an OS9 software request. And I'm afraid I can't be of much help either. As far as I'm aware, only one unofficial IM client was ever made for OS9, and that was an ICQ program (Gerry's ICQ). Another, similar project was in the works -also for ICQ- but it never really got off the ground. I don't know of any unofficial YM clients for OS9 at all.
