Hi folks,

i have Emulator WinTel 1.01 from openosx.com.
They said every windos should work on it. pah, nothing works.
I'Ve tried to install WinXP...but there were some bluescreens, but somehow i've managed it to come to installation windows..but it alsways stopps and said "the installation will be finished in about 39 min"..but that the entire time...?
Then i've tried Win98...but at the installation windows it says: You need at least 16 MB RaM. But i get the emulator over 500 MB...
So, i dont know what to do..
does anybody got an idea?

WinTel is a port of Bochs. good luck getting it to work. Bochs has always been slow and very buggy. It is a noble attempt as an emulator though. my suggestion is either just keep playing aroung with it or bone up and buy VPC.

Bochs is so slow that typing in DOS lags on a dual 867 MHz G4. I've also heard multiple reports of trouble getting Win98 installed.
