Address Book not allowing to click image?

For some reason my Address Book is not allowing me to click a persons image to get a slightly enlarged view. I can't seem to find any preferences to fix or change settings.

You have to hit Command-L to edit the address card. Then you can double-click and get the enlarged view.

No, I mean that when I first began entering photos in once you stoped editing the card you could still click on the photo and it would show an enlarged photo without the set/choose options. It opened an uneditable larger version the same size as you would see if you were editing it. Now it doesn't work for some reason?
