I use Internet Explorer on special ocassions.
I noticed when I go to clear my cookies, the same number of cookies (with exact names) are there even after I have cleared the cookies week ago (I use I.E. about once a week).
What kind of a problem is this? Why are the cookies still there when I have deleted all cookies on I.E.? Adaware?
ad-aware and spybot are both good spyware/adware killers. i have started using spybot because it is proactive. it can protect your system from getting nasty cookies/dateminers, etc while ad-aware just removes them.
those are for PC of course. havnt looked for any things for the Mac and there is no mac spyware that I am aware of. the only things i know of for the mac that are apps that "phone home" for a form of copy protection...thats it.
