Hi! My wife, having experienced a hallmark moment, is interested in finding greeting card software. She's searched at sites such as version tracker to no avail. I told her I'd bring it up with the good folks at MacNN.

Does anyone know of Mac software that facilitates the creation of custom greeting cards?

Nova Development's Greeting Card Factory is probably what your looking for.

I bought it at the Apple Store ($50) not bad either for quick cards. And if you rlooking for paper, you might want to try using HPs half fold paper. pretty nice combination for any type of cards.

I got Greeting Card factory for Christmas and it works fairly well. (It's from the same folks who did Print Explosion.)

Also: Print Shop has recently been upgraded and released for OSX. I kept going back and forth between that and Greeting Card Factory. Both are 50 bucks. And I THINK Print Shop has been revised to be integrated with iphoto.
