Hei,
I know this may sound wrong comming for a Mac nut like myself, but is anyone aware of a utility to add a "Send To" contextual menu to the Finder just like in Windows Explorer? When I use Windows, I find myself relying on that simple sortcut allot and was wandering if their anything related for our Finder.
Thanks

What does this shortcut do?
If there's an equivalent service, you can add the Services menu to the contextual menu using a couple of apps. Search VersionTracker.

If I recall correctly, the "send to..." command in Windows is kinda like the "Open with..." command, right? The only difference is that you can "send" to removable media such as floppy disks, right?

You can use "Send To" to have a copy of something automatically routed to any folder or volume listed, the Desktop (but only as a shortcut), to an email as an attachment and so forth.
You can already have a file sent as an email attachment via the Services -> Mail menu. You will also probably find "Send file to Bluetooth device" in the Services menu as well (I have it).

Check out Quick Access here . It allows you to define folders in a CM to which you can move, copy, or make aliases of files you have selected in the Finder. It also allows application launching, but I don't think you can "Send To" an application.

Cool. This pretty much sounds like what I'd like to see. Going to check it out as soon as I get home.
