Ok so Google is cool and all, but can I add other searches (this forum for example)?
Even Googles own deskbar allows you to add other search options, you just have to add the search string URL to the options, give it a name and its in there, dead easy. Or is it (in typical Apple fashion) hardcoded in the app?

I believe you can change the default search engine via Terminal; however, you can't have multiple search engines (example: Google & Yahoo!)....

OmniWeb 5 can do this, and it makes it really easy. Of course, OW5 is currently in beta and is pretty buggy, but by the time the final comes out it should kick ass.

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!
