Hi,

I have an 17" iMac fp running 10.2.3 and I want to make make a backup of a lot of mp3s. I need to make a disk that can be read on PC running XP. Is this possible? I have never burned a DVD before and I have been reading this forum and I still need help. Is it true that a DVD burned through the finder cannot be read by a PC? I read something about HFS+ format written by the Superdirve cannot be read on a PC. Is this true?

Also, do I use iDVD for burning this type of thng or is there something else?

Any advice on DVD media? Is it best to use Apple or can I jsut use a decent brand name?

Thanks,

Jeff

Won't iTunes burn an mp3 disc if you insert a DVD-R instead of a CD? Might give it a try.

Thanks, I'll try it. Will the DVD work in a PC though?
