How to remove "Other" icons in System Pref?

I installed some programs like USB overdrive but It didn't work for me so I deleteed the folder in Applications. I noticed that the icon in System Preferences is still there. How do I get rid of this? Thanks!

Check Library/PreferencePanes.
The server made a boo boo. (403)

Right-click..."Remove"...
