Whenever I want to reverse a clip, with iMovie3 I can't prerender the clips in reverse, so its all choppy and shitty! WTF?! Did they drop this feature? Also, where is the 'edit in high quality/low quality' toggle?

Is apple just cutting features left and right? What's going on?

Well, I don't know what hte hell they were thinking, but I found a work around. Apply an effect to the backwards or 'slow mo' clips, such as 'color change', but don't change the colors. It will force iMovie to rerender the scene and thus, play smoothly. I can't believe nothing about this was in the help menu. Apple is smoking major crack.
