I have a Quicksilver 867 running 10.3.2 and I noticed that System Profiler shows 4 DIMM slots. I have 3 - 512 MB modules in it now. It shows DIMM3/J24 as empty. As far as I know my QS 867 only has 3 slots. Why does it show 4? Anyone know? Anyone else notice this same thing? Thanks.

Apple went back and forth between three and four RAM slots on the PowerMac G4s. All the motherboards probably have support for four slots but some only have three physical slots.
