I am having no luck installing Adobe Creative Suite Standard on a G4 733 that has had every version of OS 10 upgrade since the start. The installer runs but crashes with no message right at the end, after the inDesign install but before the registration message. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have tried all the suggested workarounds I have found for other CS installer bugs - installing from a folder, from a new login, removing fonts - but it makes no difference. When I try to run the apps the icon bounces for a while then disappears.

Very frustrating! If anyone knows of a solution, please help.

Just a thought. Does the VISE installer or the Abobe CS installer create any invisible files that might be causing a problem?

SOLVED! - The bug was with the 'time zone' setting in 'Date & Time' in the System Preferences. Changing the location to 'London,England' fixed the applications.

I've just wasted a whole day and this turned out to be the situation I was in. Since when was Wales a different time zone?!?!?!?!?

I'd like to thank the coders at Adobe for their ineptness!!
