Is there a way to prevent Safari from underlining every link? It's very annoying and something Netscape let's you turn off.

Create a custom style sheet and use:

a { text-decoration: none !important;}

Sorry, but just a bit more information would be useful. Is there link to a tutorial on creating style sheets?

Links are underlined for a very good reason. I don't get why people get so bent out of shape over (gasp) being clearly shown when something is a link. Seriously.

That said, it can be turned off in Safari, using a user stylesheet. There are several programs, like Safari Enhancer, which can do this for you as well.

I can figure out what is and is not a link without all the underlines, thanks. Some pages just get overwhelmed with underlines and they are distracting. It makes some pages hard to read. Anyway, Google answered my questions about style-sheets and I am now happily surfing free of underlines. Chalk one up to customization.
