Is there a setting in Apple Remote Desktop that a user can specifically allow to get controlled? I imagine some kind of dialog that says: "Your system administrator wants to control your computer. Do you want to allow it?"

It's quite usefull, especially if you want to repect privacy/transperancy to some extend. Some "targets" don't even have the ARD status symbol in the menu bar and don't even know if they're watched.
