Anyone got Fire problems with MSN?

OK, I'm using Fire to connect to MSN. Recently I've been having problems.

When I connect, it doesn't show any of my buddies as online. They can message me, but because they show as offline I can't message them back.

If I trash Fire's Application Support folder (and re-enter all my details), it'll work for about five minutes. Then I get disconnected, and when I reconnect it does it again.

If I edit a buddy's address then change it back, it shows them as online temporarily. But as soon as I get disconnected they refuse to show as online again.


Any ideas?

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.
