Hello
I own and have installed F.C.Express 1.01 on my G4 dual without problems

I got the upgrade to FC Express 2 at the apple store PaloAlto.

in installeing the upgrade, it askes for the serial # of the upgrade, accepts this, then asks for the original # which Ive typed in carefully now a zillion times but the 'OK" button never lights up just the quit button

anyideas what Id doing wrong? do i have to (ugh ugh) have to take them both bak to the apple store and wait forever for the genius to figure this out?

please let me knw=on if anyone else hs had problems or someting i might do to avoind this.
