Can i make my proteus emoticons show up in MSN for windows?

I made an emoticon pack for Proteus, but I can't seem to fathom a way for my friends without Proteus to see the emoticons, without making an MSN 6.0 emoticon pack, for which I cannot find a tutorial.

I think you answered your own question there. Do some more searching and you should be able to find out how to make an icon pack for Win MSN.
