Hate to say it, but is this not typical of Asian corporations? They seem to copy Western stuff quite a bit. Sometimes when copying they make improvements, but this one is lame.

Try walkin in the Asian halls in Cebit Fair in germany. You Apple design rippoffs in every corner.

They might get a cease and desist from Apple, but it is going to do no good. In Asia (cept Japan) Western copyright law is laughed at. This is why there is so much piracy in China and Taiwan.
