Hello there,

I was wondering if anybody could help me out with an error message I'm receiving in Quicken 2003 for Mac OS X. For the last year, I've been downloading transactions from my investment brokerage (Fidelity Investments) just fine using Quicken 2003, But then today, for the first time, I got an error message when trying to download which says:

Data has been downloaded for an ccount () that is not defined in your Quicken data file. Contact Quicken Technical Support. [OL-362]

There were no support documents on Intuit's website regarding this particular error message on Macintosh, and the matching ones for Windows didn't help.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Scott
