Anybody out there know if OS X Panther works on a PC(P4 2.00GHz). If not, why?

Please don't mock me, I just bought a Dell, because of my job. Allways wanted to try a Apple, but can only afford OS X, not an new computer.

OS X will not work on your Dell or any other non-Apple hardware. The two platforms use different processors.

I'm sorry to hear about your dell purchase. The only way to get the Mac experience is to purchase a Mac. One can be had for under $1000 (with a DVD burner)

Cheers.
