Hi,

I'm having some trouble getting iSync to dump contacts into my Motorola T731c. Now granted, there is no official support for this phone, but it seems very similar to the other phones in the Motorola T7XX series. Anyway - iSync does recognize the phone as a T720c, and appears to sync up. It syncs iCal events into the phone just fine. It appears to go through the entire syncing process, and then a window pops up with this in it.

|t720c| Cannot get full address book
Conduit t720c generated exception NSSyncConduitException: Cannot get full address book.
can't connect to the device to synchronize t720c.

I have no idea what is going on here. The contacts arent' in the phone, and it's not like there's a huge amount of data in the Address Book. (To test, I dumped all of the data except a couple of records, and it still doesn't work - so the amount of data is not a problem).

Does anyone here have any idea what to do?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
