I hid the launchbar dock icon, and now whenever I try to use the program, this window pops up:

I can still access the normal menu, but it takes some bothersome fiddling. Is there a way to get it back to the normal menu, while keeping it hidden?

That looks like a window that belongs to Another Launcher, not launchbar. I believe Another Launcher's default activator is Command-Spacebar just like Launchbar. Try deactivating Another Launcher's launcher, if you can.
