Hello all, around 3 months ago I made the switch to a Mac computer, and haven't turned back. The college I plan on going to next year only uses a CAD program available for Windows (Solidworks), and does not provide a Mac substitute. From what I am told by a friend at that college, they are very anal about solidworks, and no plans to change it are in the future. My question is, are there any Macintosh CAD programs that can export and import as Solidworks, so I may still do CAD work on my Powerbook without having to use my Windows computer. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Also, does anyone know if Ashlar Vellum's Cobalt will export and import Solidworks files? If so, maybe I will get an educational version of that.
