Hiya gang,

I'm looking to install the GIMP on my TiBook running OS X 10.2 (though it could upgrade to 10.3 within a few days). What do you guys recommend: Fink or DarwinPorts?

fink is easy as hell to use, I just wish the packages followed what was available for linux a little bit closer. never tried darwinports. just my $0.02

i tried fink but it screwed up when i tried to install X

so i use darwinports instead, no funky GUI but just as easy to use IMO
