What is going on?

I have gone through the prefs and turned off auto expand and set the file type to be helped by Stuffit as ust .sit .hqx and .zip.

But to no avail whenever I download a .cgi file or a .php file it tries to expand the file..

anyone have this error?
I tried searching the forum but did not get any other results.. (the search fuinction on this forum seems tempermental)

Are you using Safari? If so, do you have "Open safe files after downloading" checked?
