Hey all. Weird problem that suddenly has reared it's ugly head. Everything was working great then all of a sudden, Quicken won't clear transactions anymore. I can click and put the little "C" in the field but when I save the transaction it disappears! This is on Quicken Deluxe on Mac OS 10.3.2. Just started happening and all other previously cleared transactions are still "cleared." Any ideas? TIA

Did you recently apply the R2 update? It's a known bug in the R2 update. You can either reinstall R1 from you CD or wait till they fix it in R3. You're better off downgrading to R1 since it's already been over a month since R2 was released with no updates in sight.

Yes, actually I did recently install the R2 update. Weird thing is, transactions were clearing fine after the udate for awhile then suddenly stopped. I'll try your suggestion and reinstall R1 from the CD and post back with results...

EDIT: Reverting to R1 fixed the problem! Thank you.
