Hey, anyone know what the heck the "start sampling" and "stop sampling" is in the 10.3.3 version of Safari (v125.1)? It's under the Debug menu... I've got no clue what it is.

The Debug menu is full of options that are designed for Developers. Sampling an application allows the developer to see what parts of the code are being executed, and which parts are executed the most. This allows them to optimise the parts of the code that are taking up the most time first, gaining the greatest speed up.

As a normal user, you can just ignore these options, they're not that much use in general use of Safari.
